Nature-orientated hydraulic engineering
Nature-orientated hydraulic engineering is a key tool in flood protection with the focus on ecological matters and the water framework directive of the EU. We were upon the first in planning nature-orientated measures in Austria. Our project for ecological measures on the river Drau in 2006 achieved the “Best of the Best”-Life-Award of the EU.
